You must read and agree to accept the following conditions before you can proceed with the AIM Application.

Adventist Information Ministry is in operation 365 days a year. Students, like you, are the vital link between callers and the evangelistic information that is being distributed. The following items are considered necessary elements for employment. Please prayerfully consider them as you proceed.

• Sunday Hours - This is our busiest day of the week. Every CSR/Chaplain/Assistant is required to work 6 hours on Sunday. CSRs can select from shifts that run between 6 AM until just after midnight. Typically, you will work 3 out of 4 Sundays per month.
• Sabbath Hours - Because Adventist media is reaching out to people 7 days a week, AIM needs to have CSRs available on Sabbaths to meet the response of interested people. Therefore CSRs at AIM need to be willing to work during the Sabbath hours at least 6-8 hours per SEMESTER.
• Special Event Coverage (Occasionally requested by AIM Clients, must be manned by AIM operators)
• Minimum Hours - All student employees must work a minimum of 12 hours/week (includes the 6 hours required on Sunday)
• Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
• Excellent English skills required — Clarity of speech in accent and pronunciation and familiarity with American English idiom is essential. Good grammar in speech and writing are also important.
• Seventh-Day Adventists who display an interest in praying with callers
• Honor the AIM dress code policies
• Be willing to commit to 1 year of service
• AIM invests significant time and energy in providing extensive training for new employees. Because of these factors we are seeking individuals who can commit to at least a year at AIM, or 3 class sessions: Spring, Summer, and Fall. 
• We do allow for students to return home for the summer if their intent is to return to AIM again to work the following Fall Semester, and, hopefully, longer.  
• Applicants able to work a school year (2 semesters) would be considered only if we were not able to fill all positions with full year applicants.
